Mindfulness is learning to direct ones attention to ones experience as it unfolds, moment by moment, with open minded curiosity and acceptance.  Rather than worry about was has happened or might happen, it trains one to respond skillfully to what is happening right now.

By allowing the body to mindfully approach difficult emotions and stress, you can significantly minimize the pain and dysfunction manifesting in your body.

Amy integrates mindfulness practices with total body wellness for a strong and balanced body and mind. She offer Mindfulness and Compassion coaching and training to help combat stress and chronic anxiety as well as individualized mental performance training to ensure you are meeting the goals that are important to you. She will partner with you to identify and clarify your life goals and share proven techniques to help you achieve True Wellness: mind, body and spirit. This evidence based technique has been successful in regard to addiction and mental health struggles as well.

Golfers benefit physically and mentally. As a Mental Performance Coach, Amy will work with your mental game on the course as well as in every performance area of your life.  Research shows that the mental component of your game is by far the most important determinant of success and the skills cultivated to enhance your mental game are often the difference between very good athletes and excellent athletes.

Amy trains individuals to work with the wandering mind and the inner critic and to develop skills for focus, concentration, recovery and resiliency. If you are looking for edge, mental performance coaching is essential. As a Physical Therapist, Amy will evaluate your biomechanics and instruct you and your golf professional as to how to improve your physical game as well.
