Dr Schneider practices general psychiatry in private practice in Orange County California since 2007. In addition to his Adult Psychiatry training, he completed a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and has a M.S. in Sports Psychology. Dr. Schneider takes a holistic approach to psychiatry, offering both psychotherapy and medication management in his practice. His practice also includes complementary/alternative herbal medicine as a treatment option based on his formal training in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Dr. Schneider is experienced in the area of chemical dependency and emphasizes best practice care and therapeutic alliance with patients.

In addition, he has worked in Two Drug and Alcohol Treatment Centers and is currently Medical Director at Safe Harbor Treatment Centers for Women in Costa Mesa, California., TreeHouse Recovery in Costa Mesa and Miramar Psychiatry Health in Laguna Beach

Dr Schneider has a gift for working with children, adolescents, all genders and substance abusers. He is proficient with detoxification and medicine management. He is non judge mental and is a great communicator with people of all ages always solution orientated.
