Responsible for all facets offered by a traditional residential treatment facility. Director of the T.E.A.C.H. Program (Transition, Education, Action, Career, Help):
Began directorship by redesigning the school program within established, residential treatment facility. Added expanded and successful marketing strategies. Redesigned schedules, groups, Graduations, celebrations and family involvement. Implemented a TEACH soccer team and participation in sporting events within the community. Weekly surf instruction and surf retreats. Established and executed bi-yearly Spiritual Retreats designed specifically for attending students. Established weekly service trips and service relationships within the community. The Program fluctuated from 30 to 60 clients at a time.
