Began directorship by redesigning the school program within established, residential treatment facility. Added expanded and successful marketing strategies. Redesigned schedules, groups, Graduations, celebrations and family involvement. Implemented a TEACH soccer team and participation in sporting events within the community. Weekly surf instruction and surf retreats. Established and executed bi-yearly Spiritual Retreats designed specifically for attending students.
